Yes! Every jewellery and decor piece is made with real, naturally preserved flowers.
Will two products look exactly the same?
No. Since we work with real flowers and everything is handmade, each piece has its own unique colours and details.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes, we do! Custom orders are accepted based on availability and design possibilities. Just reach out to us with your idea.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our “Track Your Order” page. Make sure to enter your Order ID and Billing Email correctly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 7 – 10 business days, depending on your location. Custom orders may take a little extra time.
Do you have Cash And Delivery (COD) available ?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over India..
Do I get a replacement if my items are damaged?
Yes, absolutely. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Just share an unboxing video along with your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I want to return the product I received?
We’re unable to accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, if you face any concerns or issues, our support team is always happy to help you find the best solution.
Will I receive all the items I ordered at the same time?
Most of the time, yes — we ship items together whenever possible.
But depending on availability or special packaging needs, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing your handcrafted items right away, so cancellations or changes aren’t possible.
How do I care for resin jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, and direct sunlight. Store it in a dry, cool place to maintain its clarity and shine.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within India (all cities)
