The Sundried Rose Jhumka is built around a single rose petal, dried naturally and sealed in resin. Since it’s a real flower and not printed, the exact shade will differ slightly from piece to piece – some lean more orange-red, others deeper crimson, depending on how long the petal was left to dry.
The frame is a round golden oxidised medallion with a scalloped edge, giving it a slightly antique look, almost like an old coin or sundial. Gold bead fringe runs along the bottom, adding a bit of movement – this one’s closer to a chandelier-style drop than a traditional jhumka bell.
Dried rose has a warmer, more muted tone than fresh-pressed flowers, so this piece suits anyone who prefers earthy colours over bright ones. Works with both ethnic wear and Indo-western outfits, and since it’s fully gold, it doesn’t clash with patterned fabrics.
Minor variation in petal colour and shape is normal – each one is handled individually, not mass-produced.
