Return & Refund Policy
At MystikFalls, every piece we create carries a touch of nature and the hands of our artisans. Because we work with real flowers, botanicals, and other natural materials, each product—whether it’s real flower jewellery, preserved decor, planters, or candles—has its own unique character. Small variations in colour, shape, or design are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
To help you understand how our returns and refunds work, we’ve outlined everything below in a simple, transparent way.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (wrong item, design, or size).
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mystikfalls.in with clear photos and your order details.
Please note:
Requests made after 48 hours or without proper photos/evidence unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handcrafted and often made with delicate natural materials, these items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customised or personalised jewellery
Items that show wear, misuse, tampering, or post-delivery damage
Candles or preserved flower decor once opened or unboxed
Decorative planters once unpacked, arranged, or used (due to their fragile nature)
How Returns & Exchanges Work
If your return is approved:
Please send the product back in its original packaging, including all accessories or documents. This helps us process everything smoothly.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are made to your original method of payment. Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Replacements for incorrect items or sizes are shipped free of cost, depending on availability.
Special Note for Decorative Planters
Our decorative planters are made with preserved flowers and natural elements, making them especially delicate.
Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Because of their sensitivity, planters cannot be returned or exchanged once they’re unpacked or arranged.
We pack them securely, but we encourage gentle handling when opening your parcel.
