Welcome to MystikFalls. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted items safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship orders.
Order Processing Time
All our products are Handcrafted. So orders are typically processed within 2 – 3 business days after payment.
Note : During high-demand periods, festivals or sales, The processing time may extend slightly.
Where Do You Ship
Right now, we’re shipping only within India. We’re not doing international orders yet, but hopefully soon!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with reliable courier partners. you can expect it within 7–10 business days anywhere in India.
Note : Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your location, order value, and product type:
If you’re in West Bengal:
Orders under ₹699 → ₹45 shipping charge.
Orders of ₹699 or more → FREE shipping.
If you’re in other state:
Orders under ₹799 → ₹45 shipping charge.
Orders of ₹799 or more → FREE shipping.
Heavy / Bulky Products (Like Plants and Other Heavy Items)
There’s a flat ₹100 shipping charge will apply in every state and no matter the order value.
Note : Shipping charges are clearly mention at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Absolutely! Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking ID through email and bill. You can also use our Track Your Order page on the website.
Check Your Address Again
Before you place your order, please make sure your address, phone number and email are correct. MystikFalls will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed And Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@mystikfalls.in . In the rare case that a package gets lost, we’ll work with the courier and figure out the best solution for you.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it or contact us immediately with clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
International Orders
Currently, MystikFalls doesn’t offer international shipping.
