In the event of an order cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be processed.
Customised or personalised orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed, as crafting commences immediately upon order receipt.

Accuracy of Billing, Address & Account Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including:

• Valid shipping and billing address

• Legitimate email address

Any delay, non-delivery, or cancellation resulting from inaccurate details shall not be attributable to MystikFalls.

Shipping, Handling & Delivery Framework

We dispatch products through established courier partners.

• Customize product : 4 – 5 business days

Estimated Delivery Window (after processing the product)

• Metro cities: 5 – 7 business days
• Non-metro regions: 7 – 10 business days

MystikFalls shall not be liable for delays arising from:

• Courier network disruptions
• Seasonal, environmental, or weather-related obstructions
• Operational load during festive periods
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations and may involve additional handling fees.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

All returns and refunds must adhere to our formal Refund & Return Policy. Key conditions include:

• Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery (subject to approval).
• A clear, uncut, timestamped unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related claim.

Fragility Clause & Care Responsibility

Our jewellery, resin art, and floral décor products are delicate by nature. MystikFalls shall not be responsible for damage caused by:

• Bending, pressure, or external force
• Exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, or heat
• Improper storage or care

Post-delivery damage is strictly outside our liability.
